This is an informal gathering for learning the skill of understanding your dreams, in order to learn and benefit from them in your waking (and your dreaming) life.
I'll lead the group, demonstrating how to recognize the micro and macro cosmic themes, the archetypes and other details, for you to nurture your relationship to your dreams, past and present.
To get the most out of it, you may want to bring a notebook or your dream journal, a pen, water, and a dream!
If you're not remembering your dreams, these workshops will benefit you greatly, and will directly improve your dream recall. Feel free to ask me about it.
As always, I'm available for individual sessions for more in-depth, personal attention.
